This site collects nothing unless you send us something. Here is what happens when you do.
Who we are
Lauder Media Inc. ("we", "us") operates this website. Our software products, including Invoicer.ai and Karbide, are separate services with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send through the forms on this site:
- Your name, email address and message, on the contact form.
- On the investors form, also your answers to the screening questions and, if you give them, your firm and website.
- The IP address of the connection that submitted the form, which our server attaches to the submission to help us identify abuse.
We do not set cookies, run analytics, or track you across other sites. There is no JavaScript on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send to read your enquiry, decide whether we can help, and reply. We do not sell it, add you to a mailing list, or use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our company mailbox as email, sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which handles the message in transit. Cloudflare serves this site and processes every request to it. To limit abuse, our server may keep a count of submissions per IP address for up to one hour.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries in our mailbox for as long as we need them to respond and for our own records. Ask us and we will delete yours.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form. We will respond from the email address you give us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
